Off-peak months: April, May, June, August, September, October — off-peak (discounted) rates apply to defence personnel only. Peak months: January, February, March, July, November, December.
Seasonal & Category Discounts
- Ramadan: 50% discount on the booking fee.
- Off-peak, non-defence: An additional 20% discount for non-defence personnel booking during off-peak months.
- Timing: Day shift is a maximum of 6 hours (within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM); evening shift runs 6:00 PM–12:00 AM.

Also note:
- An additional 2% SSL charge applies to all online payments.
- IT Charge: Tk. 1,000 per booking.
- After pre-booking, the client must deposit the remaining full amount (online or offline) to finalize the booking.
- Pre-book with Tk. 5,000; the due balance must be completed within 72 hours to avoid suspension of the booking.
Booking Rules
- Enlisted vendors only: Catering and event management companies must be selected from Senamalancha’s official enlisted provider list — no outside company is permitted. Nuruzzaman Catering Service is enlisted for this venue.
- Capacity by space: Ground Floor (700), 1st Floor (1,200), Conference Center/2nd Floor (700) — plan guest counts against these limits when choosing which floor(s) to book.
